اتفاقية المشاركة في البحوث

This Research Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Hostinger International Ltd., a Cyprus private limited company, registered address 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (“Hostinger”) and you and is made effective as of the date of your registration to the user research participation (“Research”) or the date of electronic acceptance.

In consideration of your agreeing to participate in the Research, Hostinger and you agree as follows:

Information collected during Research. Hostinger may record you in any format during the Research, including recording your answers, communications, and voice through any means, including without limitation, audio, video, photography, and screen captures (“Recordings”). In addition to your information collected via Recordings, Hostinger may also collect your information, including your name, age, gender, address, email address, phone number, opinions, response to Research questions, and personal background (this additional information, along with the Recordings, will be collectively referred to as “Personal Information”).

Information usage. The information gotten from this Research will be used to improve the current experience and interface of our website and products/services.

Ownership of Recordings and Research Data.  All Personal Information shared with us and (or) collected by us will be treated with care according to our Privacy Policy for a period of up to 1 (one) year.

Voluntary participation. You understand that participation in this Research is entirely voluntary and that you may at any time choose to stop participating in the Research by using the contact information provided in this Agreement.

Incentives. The priorly agreed incentive will be provided to you at the end of the successful research project. This is to appreciate you for the time spent and effort in assisting us with our research project.

Eligibility to participate. By participating in the Research you confirm and agree that you are at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility criteria that are stated in the Research invitation ad. Hostinger might target different ages, nationalities, qualifications, etc. subjects for the specific Research campaigns and reserves the right to verify your identity, age, or other eligibility criteria during the Research. In the event that Hostinger determines that you do not meet the eligibility criteria, Hostinger at its sole discretion might terminate this Agreement and cancel your participation in the Research.

Technical participation conditions. If you are selected to participate in the Research, you shall at your own costs ensure that you have the required technical conditions to ensure fluent and uninterrupted participation in the Research, including but not limited to a decent internet connection, web-camera, microphone, adequate surrounding conditions, etc. In the event that Hostinger is unable to carry out the Research due to the poor technical conditions from your side, Hostinger at its sole discretion might terminate this Agreement and cancel your participation in the Research.
