I had an excellent experience with Hostinger support, especially with Nancy. She was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed assistance with obtaining backups of my hosting plan and database, and Nancy took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and sent to my registered email. She clearly explained what was being sent, made sure I understood that the download links would expire after 7 days, and stayed with the issue until everything was completed. What I appreciated most was her attitude. She was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me solve the problem.
