Some items may no longer be available and Checkout is temporarily unavailable appear in Hostinger Ecommerce when your store can’t take orders. The most common cause is an expired hosting plan, including an old hosting plan that your store is still assigned to. A website that’s down, an inactive sales channel, or a payment method that isn’t working can cause the same messages.

Fix Some items may no longer be available
The cart page shows Some items may no longer be available when your hosting plan has expired.
Keep the hosting plan active so the store can take orders.
- Check your hosting plan’s expiry date. See How to find the details of your hosting plan in Hostinger to find it.
- If it expired, see How to renew a hosting plan at Hostinger to renew it, or How to reactivate an expired hosting plan in Hostinger to reactivate it.
- Refresh the shop page and try again.
Fix Checkout is temporarily unavailable
The checkout page shows Checkout is temporarily unavailable when the store is suspended or the website can’t complete checkout.
Check these in order.
- Check the hosting plan your store is assigned to. If that plan expired, was cancelled, or was refunded, the store is suspended and cause the error.
- Check that your sales channel is added and active. If it shows Inactive, see How to fix “Payments are disabled” on a sales channel to fix it. If the sales channel is not added yet, see How to add a sales channel to add it.
- Check that your website is live. It needs to load without downtime, 503 errors, or exceeded plan usage. See What to do if you cannot access your website, How to fix the 503 error at Hostinger, What to do if your hosting plan limits are reached in Hostinger, and How to check resource usage in Hostinger to check each one.
- Check that your payment method is active, connected, and working. Go to Settings → Payments and check each provider. See Hostinger Ecommerce online payment gateways to check the providers and their setup guides.
