Hostinger AI Builder: How to remove a page from Google search results

Temporarily remove a page from Google search results for your Hostinger AI Builder website.

Updated 1 month ago

With the help of Google’s Removals Tool, you may temporarily (up to six months) block any of your website pages from appearing in Google search results. This is different from requesting that Google index a page, which asks Google to add a page to search results rather than remove one.

To make sure a page never appears in the search results, hide it from search engines in your website’s SEO settings.

Remove a page using Google’s Removals Tool

To remove a page from Google using the Removals Tool, follow the steps below.

  1. Open your Google Search Console (GSC) account. If you haven’t used GSC before, add and verify your domain name first, or verify a URL property at Google Search Console if you need ownership at the URL level instead of the domain level.
  2. In GSC, open the Removals tab on the left and click on New request:
Using Removals Tool in Google Search Console
  3. Insert the URL of the page you want to remove from Google search results, select Remove all URLs with this prefix, and click on Next:
Using Removals Tool in Google Search Console

And that’s it!
