If a Horizons website is deleted, restoration is time-sensitive and not guaranteed.
You need to contact support immediately with your:
- Account email
- Project name or URL
- The approximate deletion date and time
- Whether you need the latest published version.
Ensure that the deletion did not occur more than 30 days ago. After this period, recovery is no longer possible.
Restores are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. Granular “message version” restores (e.g., restoring a specific message after a revert) aren’t supported.
