Hostinger Ecommerce: How to manage subscriptions

Discover how to track subscribers, manage plan tiers, and handle Stripe payments for your Horizons projects within the Ecommerce Store Manager.

What are Ecommerce subscriptions?

Subscriptions are visible and manageable within Hostinger Ecommerce, giving you a centralized place alongside your other products and orders. At this stage, subscription functionality is available exclusively for Horizons-built projects.

Where to find subscriptions

In your Ecommerce store manager, you’ll find a dedicated Subscriptions section showing active and expired subscribers.

In the Product list, you can view created subscription plans, edit them, and add new tiers.

Payment providers

Currently, Stripe is required for subscription payments. PayPal and other providers are supported for regular Ecommerce orders but not for subscriptions at this time.

Managing subscribers

You can view subscriber status and history from the Ecommerce interface. Customers manage their own cancellations and plan changes via their subscriber portal – you don’t need to action these manually. Check demo portal here.

Note: Subscriptions in Ecommerce are tied to Horizons projects. Standalone ecommerce stores without a Horizons site cannot use subscription plans at this time.
