Where is installment payment available?

Installment payments are available across several Hostinger LATAM brands for purchases made with a credit card. The number of installments available depends on the brand and, in some cases, your bank.

Note: Installment payments are only available on the brands listed below. PIX, Boleto, and debit cards do not support installments — only credit cards do.

Your financial institution may add interest on top of this when processing installments — the final per-installment amount, including all fees, will always be shown at checkout before you confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t see the installment option at checkout — what do I need to do?

The installment option only appears when you select “Other payment methods” at checkout and enter your card details manually. When a card is saved to your account, the system defaults to charging it in full automatically — so you’ll need to remove it first. Go to Billing → Payment Methods, delete the saved card, then proceed to checkout and click “Other payment methods.” From there, enter your card details and the installment options will appear.

The installment price shown on the plan page is different from what I see at checkout — why?

The price shown on the plan page (e.g. “12x of R$ 55.99”) reflects Hostinger’s base charge split across 12 months, before any fees. Your financial institution may add interest on top of this when processing installments, which is why the final per-installment amount can be slightly higher at checkout. Hostinger itself does not charge interest. The final amount will always be shown at checkout before you confirm.

I accidentally paid in full instead of in installments. Can I change it?

Once a payment has been completed as a single charge, it cannot be converted to installments automatically — but our support team can help! Please contact us so we can open a request to reissue the invoice in installments.

Before reaching out, please make sure to:

Can I pay a renewal in installments?

Yes! You can use installments for renewals. To do so, make sure to disable automatic renewal for the service first (under Billing → Subscriptions) and remove any saved payment method. Then manually renew from Billing → Subscriptions → Renew now, select “Other payment methods” at checkout, and choose your installment option.

My card invoice shows a higher amount than Hostinger’s hPanel invoice. Why?

This is expected! Hostinger’s hPanel invoice always shows the base price of the service, without the interest added by your financial institution. Your card invoice, on the other hand, reflects the total amount including that interest. Both invoices refer to the same purchase — the difference is simply the interest applied by your financial institution when processing the installments.

Can I pay with PIX or Boleto in installments?

No. Installments are only available for credit card payments on Hostinger’s LATAM brands (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico). PIX and Boleto are single-payment methods and do not support installments.
