Services included in the 30-day money-back guarantee
The following services can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date, if paid with any method other than cryptocurrency:
- New purchases and renewals of web, cloud, Agency, KVM VPS, and Game Panel hosting plans.
- New purchases, renewals, and upgrades for Hostinger Email.
- New purchases, renewals, and upgrades for Titan Email.
- Upgrades for web, cloud and agency hosting plans.
Non-refundable services
The following services and products are strictly excluded from the refund policy:
- Domain name renewals.
- Completed domain transfers.
- Domain redemption fees.
- Google Workspace Email.
- VPS Control Panel licenses.
- Upgrades for KVM VPS and Game Panel hosting plans.
- LLM/AI credits of any type.
- Domain name registrations for most country-code TLDs (such as
.uk,co.uk,.in,co.in,.fr,.lt,.ca,com.au, and.us). - Any purchases made using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets.
- Any canceled services that fail to comply with the Hostinger Terms of Service.
Special refund terms
Certain services have unique refund conditions due to registrar constraints or specific payment gateway limitations:
- General TLDs: New domain name registrations for most general TLDs (such as
.com,.net, and.org) are only refundable within 96 hours of registration. - Free domains: If your refunded hosting plan included a free domain name, the standard price of the domain may be deducted from your total refund amount. You will retain ownership of the domain for the remainder of its billing period.
- Domain transfers: Domain name transfers can be refunded if the transfer is unsuccessful and you request the refund within 96 hours.
- Brazilian domains: Domain registrations and transfers for br, com.br, and net.br domains are refundable within 7 days.
- Multibanco and GCash: Purchases made using Multibanco or GCash cannot be sent back to the original bank account; they are only refundable to Hostinger Balance.
- VTC Pay: Partial refunds are not supported for any payments made via VTC Pay.
- Hostinger Horizons: Can only be refunded once, usage must be below 30 messages, and payment within 30 days. For details, refer to the Hostinger Horizons refund policy.
- Managed OpenClaw: Any purchased LLM credits (Nexos.ai, OxyLabs) are deducted from the refund amount.
- Hostinger Reach: Refundable only if free Hostinger Reach plan was not used before purchase, refund is initiated within 30 days from purchase, and more than 180 days have passed since the last refund for any other Hostinger Reach plan, if any.
VPS refunds
To maintain platform stability and fair usage, specific periods apply to Virtual Private Server (VPS) services:
- After you successfully receive a refund for a VPS plan, a 180-day cooldown period applies.
- You will not be eligible to receive another VPS refund until 180 days have passed from the completion date of your last VPS refund.
Hostinger Balance refunds
Once a refund to your Hostinger Balance is initiated and processed, it becomes final and cannot be reverted or transferred to a different payment source.

- As soon as a refund is processed, the associated services are canceled automatically and stop working.
- Some payment methods do not support direct refunds. In these situations, alternative refund procedures will be arranged.
