Switching from Cloudflare
Moving from Cloudflare Workers or Pages? Connect the same GitHub repo or upload a ZIP, and Hostinger detects your framework and builds the app for you. Import your environment variables from a .env file in one step, then test everything on a temporary domain. Your Cloudflare app stays live until you point your domain to Hostinger.

Hostinger vs Cloudflare FAQs
Is Hostinger cheaper than Cloudflare?
It depends on how your app runs. Hostinger is one flat price: $3.49/mo on a 48-month plan, renewing at $16.99/mo, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cloudflare Workers Paid starts at $5/mo with 10 million requests and 30 million CPU milliseconds included, and usage beyond that is billed on top. A full app often also needs Durable Objects, Containers, or a D1 database, each billed by usage. On Hostinger, there are no usage meters.
Will I get a surprise bill if my traffic grows?
No. Hostinger includes unlimited bandwidth (subject to our Fair Usage Policy) with no overage charges. Cloudflare doesn’t charge for bandwidth either, but on Workers Paid, extra requests cost $0.30 per million and extra CPU time costs $0.02 per million milliseconds. There’s no account-wide spending cap.
How do I move my app from Cloudflare to Hostinger?
Connect the same GitHub repository or upload your project as a ZIP file. Hostinger detects your framework and builds the app for you. You can test it on a temporary domain first, so your Cloudflare app stays live until you point your domain to Hostinger.
What happens to my environment variables?
You can bulk-import them by uploading a .env file, and they stay in place across future deployments. One tip before you start: Cloudflare doesn’t show secret values again after you save them, so have the original values for your secret keys ready.
Does Next.js work on Hostinger? What about apps that need full Node.js?
Yes. Next.js is detected automatically and runs as a standard Node.js app, with no adapter needed. Cloudflare Workers support only a subset of Node.js APIs, and Next.js apps need an adapter such as OpenNext. On Hostinger, your app runs on full Node.js, so built-in modules and npm packages work as they do locally. Hostinger supports Node.js versions 18, 20, 22, and 24.
Are there Cloudflare features I won’t get on Hostinger?
Yes, and it’s worth knowing before you switch. Hostinger doesn’t offer preview deployments, serverless functions, or scale-to-zero. If you use Cloudflare-native services like KV, R2, D1, Durable Objects, or Queues, set up alternatives before moving. In return, your app runs always-on with full Node.js and long-running processes.
Is a database included?
Yes. Every plan includes managed MySQL with connection details wired into your app automatically, plus a 1-click Supabase integration. On Cloudflare, D1 is a separate service with its own usage limits, billed by rows read, rows written, and storage on the paid plan.
