Hostinger weekly product updates: Week 19, 2026

Here’s what shipped the week of May 4–8, 2026, across the Partner Program, Hostinger Agents (now Hostinger Agent), Hostinger Email, Domains, web hosting, and developer tools:

  • The Partner Program opened Early Access for people who host 10 or more websites, adding Agency Directory listing and recurring commissions.
  • Hostinger Agents got a redesigned interface, functional agent names, an early Logo Maker, and resumable chat streams.
  • Hostinger Email added app passwords for connecting apps and services without exposing your real password.
  • You can now reclaim a domain you bought at Hostinger from another account, without contacting support.
  • New default contact profiles let you control which contact details apply to domain registrations.
  • Eligible Hostinger Web Hosting plans can uninstall and reinstall Lifetime SSL from hPanel, no ticket needed.
  • The Hostinger MCP Extension (v1.0.2) added per-product MCP toggles, Reach tools, and stronger token security.

Here’s a closer look at each.

Partner Program early access is live

We’ve opened early-bird registration for the Partner Program, currently available to people who host 10 or more websites and register with a professional email.

The Partner Program is an extension of the Referral Program built specifically for web pros, with extra benefits to help you win more clients and grow your earnings.

Two highlights are coming to it. An Agency Directory lets you get listed and discovered by small and medium businesses looking for web development services, turning Hostinger’s user base into a lead pipeline for your agency.

And recurring commissions mean you earn not just on a referred client’s first purchase, but on every cross-sell and renewal. Here’s more on the Hostinger Partner Program.

What’s new in Hostinger Agents

A few things shipped for Hostinger Agents. The sidebar and main app view have been redesigned for a cleaner layout and better readability.

Agent names are becoming functional: instead of named characters like North, Quill, and Buzz, you’ll see names like Business Advisor and Creative Writer, so you know what each one does at a glance.

Logo Maker is live in an early version, the first step toward making Hostinger AI Agents a platform where tools like Slides Maker, Ads Maker, and Logo Maker live side by side rather than as separate standalone tools.

Chat streams are now resumable, too: if your network drops, the tab reloads, or we redeploy mid-response, the response keeps generating server-side and the interface picks up where it left off, so you don’t lose a message mid-stream.

Things are shipping fast so read through the overview of Hostinger Agents’ features for the latest.

App passwords in Hostinger Email

Hostinger Email now supports app passwords. You can generate a separate password for a mailbox without revealing your real one, which is ideal for connecting to mobile apps, AI agents, and other services, and you can revoke an app password manually at any time.

Here’s a walk through on how to create an app password.

Reclaim a domain already in use at Hostinger

If you own a domain you bought through Hostinger, you can now reclaim it from another Hostinger account that’s currently using it for a website, without contacting the Customer Success team first.

When you reclaim it, you’ll see a modal explaining that the domain will be connected to your current website and removed from the previous account.

The previous account owner gets an email letting them know the domain was removed and that their website files were automatically moved to a temporary domain. This smooths out cases like a domain expiring and then being purchased by a new owner.

Default contact profiles for domains

You can now manage all your domain contact profiles in one place and set a default. A new Contact profiles page lets you set a default profile that automatically applies to domain registrations and transfers, with an opt-out during registration, choose which profile is used for new registrations, and edit, delete, or create profiles right from the page.

Before this, if you had multiple contact profiles, the system just used your last-used one, with no way to choose or clean up old profiles. Coming next is the ability to pick a contact profile during purchase, and when changing domain contacts.

Here’s how to manage domain contact profiles.

Lifetime SSL reinstall for eligible Web Hosting plans

Customers on eligible Hostinger Web Hosting plans can now uninstall and reinstall Lifetime SSL certificates directly in hPanel, with no support ticket needed.

Previously, affected plan owners with a broken or misconfigured SSL had no self-service way to fix it. Now there are two actions in the SSL section:

Uninstall SSL, available when SSL is active and shown with a confirmation first, and Reinstall free Lifetime SSL, available when SSL is inactive, alongside the existing Install custom SSL option.

See how to install Lifetime SSL and how to uninstall a Lifetime SSL certificate.

Per-product control in the Hostinger MCP Extension

You can now enable or disable MCPs per product, across Web Hosting, VPS, Domains, DNS, Billing, and Reach, which helps you stay under the roughly 100-tool limit most IDEs have for efficient work.

The update also adds Reach tools, improves token security by passing your API token through an environment variable instead of writing it to a config file on disk, and introduces a changelog, along with small bug fixes.
