How to Hide Hostinger Branding From Your Clients’ Dashboard

Updated 3 days ago

If you manage websites for your clients, you can invite them to access their own site through a clean dashboard that hides all Hostinger branding. Your clients will only see their website and its settings — not the platform it’s hosted on.

NOTE: The Unbranded Dashboard is a Beta feature available exclusively on the Agency Hosting plan. If you are not on this plan, you will not see this option in your hPanel.

The following is a step-by-step guide on how to enable the Unbranded Dashboard feature:

Step 1 – Log in to hPanel. Once logged in, navigate to the website you want to share with your client. In the website row, click the team member icon (the person with a plus sign) located in the top-right action bar of the website card.

Step 2 – A modal titled “Give access to [your-domain]” will appear. Enter your client’s email address in the “Who do you want to give access to?” field.

Step 3 – Before sending the invite, locate the Unbranded dashboard toggle at the bottom of the modal. Enable it by switching it on — the toggle will turn purple when active. This setting ensures that when your client logs in, they will see a dashboard with no Hostinger branding.

Click Generate invite link. Once generated, a shareable access link will appear in the “Share access with the team member” section at the bottom of the modal.

NOTE: the domain user will access is https://mywebsitedashboard.com, therefore there will be no indication of Hostinger.

Step 4 – Click Copy link and send it directly to your client. They will use this link to log in and access their site dashboard. Their email will be pre-filled, they will only need to create a password for logging in.

NOTE: If needed, they will be able to reset the password later on.

What your client will see

Once your client follows the link and logs in, they will land on a clean Dashboard view showing only their website and relevant tools: daily backups, file manager, database, security settings, domains, and more. There will be no Hostinger logo, navigation, or branding visible anywhere.

Things to keep in mind

  • If your client already has an existing Hostinger account, you will not be able to share the Unbranded Dashboard with them — the feature is only available for users who do not have a Hostinger account of their own.
  • You can add multiple team members to the same website by repeating the steps above.
  • You can give a single client access to multiple websites — they will be able to switch between them inside the dashboard using the website dropdown in the side menu.
  • Team members with dashboard access can edit, publish, and delete the site, but cannot perform any billing-related actions. If the hosting plan is suspended or deleted, the client will lose access to the dashboard.
  • Feature is available for WordPress and Custom PHP websites. Horizons applications and Website Builder websites are not eligible yet.
  • Feature can be reached from Websites list – team member icon, and from the Account Sharing – Grant Access section.
