Website Builder and Ecommerce now use 5-point star ratings for feedback

Website Builder and Hostinger Ecommerce now collect customer satisfaction feedback using a 5-point star scale instead of numbers. The star rating system is more intuitive, reduces cognitive load, and follows common practice across consumer apps. Hostinger is also separating main product feedback from feature-specific feedback: main product ratings appear in dashboards, while individual feature feedback uses thumbs up/down ratings tracked separately.
