SSL status now visible on domain overview and SSL tab pages

SSL indication has been added to domain overview and new SSL tab pages so you can easily check your domain's SSL status. If your domain is connected to hosting (but not Website Builder or Horizons), the SSL tab shows your status and lets you install SSL with a single click, redirecting you to your hosting SSL settings. For domains connected to Website Builder or Horizons, the SSL tab is hidden and status appears only on the domain overview page. If your domain isn't connected to hosting, you can view and install SSL directly from the SSL tab. All SSL certificates installed are Let's Encrypt certificates.
