Order Timeline tracking on ecommerce orders

Every order details page now displays a Timeline card that tracks key order events — placed, paid, shipped, refunded, and canceled — each with a timestamp. You can leave internal comments directly on the timeline for team coordination; these comments are private and never shown to customers, and you can edit or delete them at any time.
