Email trial plans can now upgrade directly to higher tiers

Email trial plans now support direct upgrades to higher tier plans. Previously, Business Starter Trial users had to first renew to Business Starter and then upgrade to their desired plan. Now they can complete this in one flow. Note: adding extra mailboxes is not available when upgrading a trial to the same tier plan due to current technical limitations; users can purchase additional mailboxes after the upgrade is complete.
