Email Template Builder controls reorganized for easier editing

We've restructured the Email Template Builder's editing interface to make manual customization cleaner. Controls are now grouped more clearly across block types (Text, Button, Image), and collapsible sections hide less frequently used options until you need them. The layout is now more consistent across all block types, making it easier to navigate and reducing the overwhelming feeling of having all controls visible at once.
