Custom fields for contacts in Reach

Reach now supports custom fields on contacts, letting you capture business-specific attributes like tiers, regions, lifecycle stages, birthdays, or internal IDs. Create custom fields per profile in five types: text, number, date, single-choice, and multi-choice with editable options. CSV import automatically maps custom-field columns by label and validates values against the field type, reporting row-level errors. You can build segments using custom-field conditions (equals, not equals, contains, not contains, greater-or-equal, less-or-equal, within last X days, older than X days, exists) and combine them with built-in attributes using AND/OR logic.
