AI Builder referral modal redesigned in manual editor

The referral modal in the manual mode editor now appears when users click "refer and earn". The design has been uplifted to match AI Builder's visual style more closely. The referral logic has also been updated, and free trial users will now see the modal with a nudge to buy a plan instead of it being hidden entirely. The referral update for the agentic editor is still in progress.
