Add custom amounts to donation products

Donation-type products now support custom amounts. You can set suggested values for customers to select, without limiting them to those options. This also supports “Pay what you want” products and “Buy me a coffee” in checkout. Custom amounts are currently available in quick link stores and custom sales channels.
