Here’s what shipped the week of February 2 – 6, 2026, across Hostinger Website Builder, Hostinger Horizons (now merged into AI Builder), hPanel (now Hostinger dashboard), and more.
- Static-site migrations are now self-service, cutting reported completion time from around 6 hours to just 14 seconds.
- Kodee (now Hostinger Agent) can now keep customers updated on the status of support tickets and hand off conversations to customer support when more details are needed.
- Hostinger Website Builder now supports a WhatsApp button with prefilled messages.
- Website Builder ecommerce now gives merchants more visibility into blocked checkout attempts and available payment methods.
- Hostinger Horizons introduced a focused chat-only view that expands into the full-width editor when you start coding.
- Belgium, Switzerland, and Austria locales launched in production.
- Kodee can now suggest a relevant next question to help customers keep moving toward an outcome.
- WordPress Add-ons moved to a new location in the hPanel side menu.
Here’s a closer look at each.
Faster static-website migrations to Hostinger
Static-site migrations are now available as a self-service experience on Hostinger, making the process dramatically faster for eligible customers.
Instead of waiting for a manual migration to complete, you can now start the backup migration yourself. Reported completion time has dropped from around 6 hours to just 14 seconds.

Better support ticket visibility in Kodee
Kodee can now notify customers when the status of their support ticket changes, making it easier to follow a support request without checking elsewhere.
When a conversation requires additional information from the customer, Kodee can also hand the interaction over to customer support. This gives Hostinger customers a clearer path forward when an issue can’t be resolved entirely through the AI assistant.

Kodee now suggests follow-up questions
Not sure what to ask Kodee next? Kodee can now suggest a relevant follow-up question based on the conversation so far.
The suggestions are designed to help customers continue toward an outcome instead of having to figure out the next step themselves. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue or looking for information, the next-question prompt can help keep the conversation moving.

Hostinger Website Builder’s WhatsApp button now supports pre-filled messages
Hostinger Website Builder now lets you add a WhatsApp button that opens a conversation with a prefilled message. Visitors can start a chat without having to write the message themselves, making it easier to get in touch directly from your website.

More visibility into ecommerce payment issues in Hostinger Website Builder
Hostinger Website Builder ecommerce merchants now have more information when a checkout attempt is blocked because the required payment method isn’t available.
The update also makes it easier to see which payment gateways are available for a store’s country. This gives merchants more context when configuring payments and troubleshooting why a customer couldn’t complete checkout.

A more focused workspace in Hostinger Horizons
Hostinger Horizons now has a chat-only view designed to keep the interface focused as you describe what you want to build.
When you start coding, the interface expands to a full-width view with the preview available alongside your work. This creates a clearer transition between discussing an idea and turning it into a working website or app.
Hostinger’s new locales launch in Belgium, Switzerland, and Austria
Hostinger expanded its local presence with new production locations in Belgium (http://hostinger.com/be-nl and http://hostinger.com/be-fr), Switzerland (http://hostinger.com/ch-de and http://hostinger.com/ch-fr), and Austria (http://hostinger.com/at).
These launches make Hostinger’s products and services more accessible to customers in these markets as the company continues expanding its localized experiences.
WordPress Add-ons move in hPanel
The WordPress Add-ons menu on hPanel has moved from the Websites dropdown to All services in the hPanel side menu.
Customers with active add-ons will see a one-time notification about the change, helping them find their add-ons in their new location.
