In Hostinger Website Builder, you can copy individual elements such as text boxes, images, buttons, shapes, etc. and paste them multiple times onto the same page or different pages. This feature allows you to maintain design consistency across your website without recreating each item manually.
Follow these steps to duplicate elements within your editor:
- Right-click on any element to reveal the secondary menu.
- Select Copy from the list of options.
- Navigate to the section or page where you want to insert the element.
- Right-click on any empty space within that section and select Paste.
NOTES
- On Windows, you can use the CTRL+X, CTRL+C, and CTRL+V keyboard shortcuts.
- To right-click on a Mac, press and hold the Control key while clicking your trackpad.
- The copy-paste function currently only supports one element at a time. If you select multiple elements and attempt to paste them, you will get an error message stating: Error occurred – no element selected to paste.
- While you cannot copy multiple elements at once, you can still select and move them together within the editor.
After placing your elements, you can customize their individual settings and update your website to apply the changes to the live version.
