Re-engagement automations for segment-based subscriber engagement

Reach has introduced re-engagement automations that automatically engage subscribers when they join a selected segment. The feature includes three ready-made workflows (inactivity win-back, anniversary reward, and feedback request), the ability to trigger automations every time a contact joins a segment, an option to target only new contacts joining a segment, suggested segments with pre-filled conditions for faster setup, and simplified "Contact subscribes" trigger configuration. This allows users to build more timely, targeted, and automatic lifecycle and behavior-based automations for existing subscribers.
