Node.js and PHP/HTML website creation now more prominent in onboarding

We've updated the onboarding flow to give Node.js and PHP/HTML website creation types more visibility. These options now appear as secondary priority level cards rather than hyperlinked text, making it clearer that you can create these types of websites directly from onboarding. This change addresses feedback that customers were having difficulty locating Node.js during the initial setup process.
