Improved domain email verification flow

The domain email verification flow has been improved to help customers recover from email mistakes made during domain registration. Customers who accidentally register a domain with an incorrect email can now update it directly in hPanel. They can change their registration email without approval from the old email address if the original email hasn't been verified, the request is made within 7 days of registration, and they complete phone verification (OTP) during the email editing process.
