Hostinger MCP now uses a three-tool interface

The Hostinger MCP server now exposes three tools: search to find the right operations, execute to run one operation, and multi-execute to run several in one call. Tool names follow the Hostinger CLI convention, and bundled skills help agents choose which tools to use. These changes are available in @hostinger/mcp 2.2.0.
