GitHub integration re-login and disconnect in hPanel

A new improvement to GitHub integration allows hPanel users to easily re-login to their GitHub account if they were previously connected, or disconnect from GitHub entirely. Users can manage their GitHub connection through their profile details. After re-logging in, automatic and manual deployments will start working again.
