Email export support in Webmail

Users can now export emails from Webmail by clicking the 3-dot menu in message details to download individual messages, or by using bulk selection in the messages list to export multiple messages at once. All exports are provided as .eml files in a zip archive. This closes a feature gap with the old email client, which some users relied on specifically for this export capability.
