Clearer billing dates on the Subscriptions page

The Subscriptions page now shows a clear billing date for every subscription, so you no longer need to work it out from the expiration date. You’ll also see a short explanation of why renewals are charged before expiration, along with a note that domain renewals are non-refundable.
