Chat select in Horizons

Quick-select answers have shipped in Horizons with 50% of users able to try it. When Horizons asks a clarifying question, users can now click to answer using single-select, multi-select, or free text options. This reduces typing and creates cleaner prompts, leading to better results. Early signs show slightly better conversion rates and more positive message evaluations. The feature is rolling out to all users soon.
