Website publishing now continues in the background

We've rewritten the website publishing flow to work asynchronously. Previously, refreshing your page during publishing could interrupt the process or lose your place. Now, the publishing status remains visible even if you reload, and you'll receive a "Website published" confirmation modal once the process completes, regardless of page refreshes.
