Unified auto-renewal flow across all subscription types

We've unified how auto-renewal works across your subscriptions. Previously, clicking Disable auto-renewal behaved differently depending on your product type—sometimes opening a modal, sometimes redirecting to a cancellation page. Now it consistently redirects to the cancellation page with copy tailored to each product. Enabling auto-renewal now shows a toast notification instead of a modal, and the page no longer reloads the entire table when you toggle it back on.
