Streamlined Reach onboarding process

Reach onboarding now focuses on the most important activation steps. The Connect Site step has been replaced with Add Contacts, and the Brand Details step has been removed—you can add brand details later via the brand scraping banner or when creating templates. A new Add Contacts modal gives you several options for importing your contacts. These changes reduce friction and help you reach value faster.
