Self-service migration for static sites with backups

Static site migrations with backups are now self-service through the UI. Previously, these migrations required manual processing and took hours, with completion notified by email. Now you can initiate and complete migrations in about 14 seconds, with instant confirmation in the migration flow. This change is available to customers migrating with backups and supports hundreds of migrations per week.
