Node.js Hosting onboarding and GitHub integration improvements

The Node.js Hosting onboarding now starts by asking you to select your domain—either a custom domain or a temporary one—before proceeding with deployment. We've also fixed a GitHub integration bug where permission changes weren't detected, preventing newly added repositories from appearing in your repository list. You'll now see an automatically updated list when you add a new repository, and we've added guidance to help if your repository still isn't visible.
