Node.js Hosting now supports applications without a detected framework

Node.js Hosting now includes an "Other" framework type for applications that don't match standard framework detection. When the system can't automatically identify your framework, it will assign the "Other" type, which you can also select manually from a dropdown. Our improved detection script gathers as much configuration information as possible to help your build succeed. If some settings still can't be detected automatically, you'll specify your output directory and entry file as needed. This reduces failed deployments for custom or non-standard Node.js applications.
