Kodee now shows support ticket information

Kodee now shows information about your support tickets in a banner. Any updates made to your tickets in hSupport automatically appear in Kodee. When your support team needs additional information, a button appears that you can click to provide details. Clicking the button sends your ticket number and hands off the conversation so your support team can request what they need. You can close the banner by clicking the X or by clicking the button to provide details.
