Kodee moved to hPanel header

Kodee, your AI assistant, is now positioned in the hPanel header instead of its previous location. This change resolves issues where the "ask Kodee" prompt was overlapping and blocking other hPanel elements. When you next visit hPanel, you'll see a pop-over notification explaining the new location.
