Improved store policy setup in eCommerce admin

Website Builder eCommerce now streamlines the process of adding store policies. When you choose to add a policy as a website builder page, you're navigated in a new tab to the editor with the policy type preselected, so you can fill in your details right away. Once you're done, the policy URL syncs directly back to your store admin. You can still add custom links as policies if you prefer, and the URL syncs once during policy page creation.
