Customize transactional emails in Reach

With eCommerce connected, you can view transactional email templates—such as order confirmations and shipping updates—directly in Reach on all plans. Reach 500 and higher lets you customize these emails with your branding and extra information, such as return policies, support contacts, or promo codes. You can restore the default template whenever you need.
