Create recipient segments with AI in Reach

In the Recipients step, describe who you want to send to or choose a suggested prompt. The agent opens in a side panel and creates the segment, asking for more details in chat if needed. Once it’s ready, the segment appears automatically with a “Created by Agent” label. This feature is in beta.
