Builder Dashboard navigation removed from hPanel

The navigation links to the Builder Dashboard have been removed from both the hPanel Homepage and the Websites List. When you access your builder, you'll be routed directly to the Builder website editor instead of the intermediate dashboard. The Builder Dashboard will be fully removed from the hPanel codebase in a follow-up update.
