Appointment booking modal redesigned with custom fields

The appointment booking modal has been updated with a new design. It now shows appointment custom fields and additional sections that were previously only visible on the product page. This means when an appointment has required custom fields, you can fill them in directly within the modal instead of being redirected to the full product page, streamlining the booking experience.
