Admin and Collaborator roles in Reach via Access Manager

Reach now supports Admin and Collaborator roles through Access Manager, enabling account owners to share access to their plans. A new "Add collaborators" dropdown option lets paying users invite team members. Access managers can view all shared plans in a dedicated table on the email-marketing page and use Impersonation mode to quickly access any Reach plan directly from that table. This makes team collaboration more efficient while keeping access controls in the hands of account owners.
