Billing was charged one day earlier, which I was unaware of. There was a great customer service rep that provided a one time curtsey to refund, which is not done for everyone. They handled it professionally, timely and good customer service. With that I still love Hostinger!
Excelent hosting
Hostinger was an amazing surprise. It walked me through all instructions for setting up my domain that had an error (and told me how to get a refund) and my new website. Also the tools for building the website, exceptional.

The user interface is very friendly, easy to manage and the price is also good.
I use many types of web services and Hostinger is only one of two online service providers that is consistently easy to use, has an excellent breadth of services, and excellent client service as well ... and its prices are exceedingly reasonable.
