Make Sure Your Website is Published
Ensure your domain is connected
The SSL will only work if your domain is connected to Website Builder. To connect your domain, follow the steps in this guide: How to Connect a Domain to Hostinger Website Builder.
Check your DNS records
For the SSL certificate to work correctly, your DNS records must be pointed to Hostinger.
You can do this in two ways:

By using Hostinger nameservers

By using two CNAME records

Once everything is correctly connected and DNS has fully propagated, your SSL certificate should activate automatically and your site should load securely.
