DNS records of type A, which stands for address records, are used to point a domain or subdomain to an IP Address, typically to your hosting server. While there are two types of IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6), A records point to IPv4 addresses.
If your website is created with Hostinger Website Builder, you should point it using CNAME records instead.
To find out the IP address of your hosting plan, go to Websites → Dashboard, search for Plan Details in the sidebar and click on it:

The IP will be displayed on the Website Details:

NOTES
- Any DNS record changes on a domain trigger propagation, which can take up to 24 hours to complete.
