Hostinger Digital Services Act – Transparency Report
Hostinger is committed to fostering a safe and transparent online environment. In compliance with the European Commission's Digital Services Act (the DSA), we are publishing this Transparency Report to detail our approach as a intermediary service provider.
The Transparency Report includes legally binding orders received from Member State authorities and those submitted by Trusted Flaggers (as described in the DSA). Furthermore, it covers self-initiated measures taken by Hostinger to restrict clearly illegal content detected by our monitoring systems. The report reflects our commitment to addressing such content in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable legal frameworks, ensuring accountability in the digital space.
