How Agent credits are used

Every message you send to an agent costs Agent credits. The cost per message scales with complexity – a short question uses fewer credits than a detailed 1,500-word blog post request. Follow-up messages in a longer conversation may also cost slightly more as the agent works with a larger context.

You don’t need to track or calculate any of this manually. Your current Agent credit balance is always visible in the app. At the top of the page, near the login button:

Monthly allowance

Your subscription includes a monthly Agent credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle:

  • 12-month and 24-month plans: unused Agent credits from your monthly allowance can roll over to the following month.
  • 1-month plan: unused Agent credits do not roll over.

Top-ups

If you run out of Agent credits before your next billing cycle, you can purchase a top-up inside the app. Top-ups are added to your balance immediately and remain valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Top-ups are non-refundable.

What happens when you run out?

When your Agent credit balance reaches zero, you can’t send new messages to any agent until you have credits again. Your conversations and previous results are still there – you just can’t send new messages.

To restore your balance: wait for your monthly reset at the start of each billing cycle, or purchase a top-up inside the app.

Getting the most from your credits

  • Be specific — a focused request produces a useful result in fewer messages than a vague one.
  • Use skills — the guided question flow means the agent gets context upfront rather than through back-and-forth.
  • Monitor your balance — it’s always visible in the app, so you won’t be caught off guard mid-project.

Subscriptions

Hostinger Agents subscriptions are refundable. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund through your account or by contacting support. Refund eligibility and timeframes follow the standard Hostinger refund policy.

If a subscription is refunded, access to all agents ends immediately and any unused monthly Agent credits are forfeited.
