Forms & Contact Collection in Hostinger Reach: Supported Features and Integrations

Updated 2 weeks ago

This article provides an overview of how form submissions and contact collection currently work with Hostinger Reach, including supported integrations, platform-specific capabilities, and options for submitting contacts from external sources.

Overview

Hostinger Reach enables users to collect contacts through various integrated form solutions. While Reach does not yet support creating standalone embeddable forms or pop-ups directly within the platform, it provides native integrations with:

  • Hostinger Website Builder
  • WordPress (via the HostingerReach plugin)

Additionally, Reach offers public developer documentation, allowing you to submit contacts programmatically from any external website or custom system. Also, Reach is available for n8n users who use Hostinger API.

1. Hostinger Website Builder Integration

When using Hostinger Website Builder, you can seamlessly add and customize forms that are automatically connected to Reach.

Available Form Elements

  • Subscription Forms
  • Contact Forms

Supported Customization

  • Form fields
  • Styles and design
  • Layout and positioning

How it works

All submissions from these forms are automatically synced to Reach and grouped into a dedicated customer segment, with pre-defined tags applied for easier organization and filtering.

No manual configuration or setup is required—Reach integration is native to the builder.

2. WordPress Integration (HostingerReach Plugin)

The HostingerReach plugin provides flexible form capabilities for WordPress users.

Supported Editors and Form Types

  • Elementor forms
  • Gutenberg forms
  • Reach-native forms created directly within the plugin

What you can do

  • Build Reach-native forms and add them to any page
  • Customize forms using the editor or plugin tools
  • Connect existing WordPress form plugins (where supported)

Submission Handling

All form submissions are automatically synced to Reach, where they are organized into segments and tagged for easy audience management.

3. Submitting Contacts From External Sources (Public Developer Docs)

Even though Reach does not yet offer embeddable forms, any external website or application can submit contacts directly to Reach using our publicly available developer documentation.

What this allows you to do

  • Submit new contacts from custom-built websites
  • Integrate external landing pages, funnels, or CRM workflows
  • Sync contacts from non-Hostinger platforms
  • Build your own custom forms using your preferred stack (HTML, React, Vue, Laravel, etc.)

A dedicated API endpoint (for instance https://developers.hostinger.com/#tag/reach-contacts/post/apireachv1contacts ) enables you to pass subscriber details securely into Reach at any time.

This ensures full flexibility—even without native Reach form generation.

4. Upcoming Enhancements

The Reach team is actively developing native functionality to expand form usage, including:

Reach-native pop-up builder
Form builder inside Reach
Embeddable sign-up forms for custom websites

These future features will provide no-code options for lead capture directly from Reach.
