Hostinger Reach is a beginner-friendly, AI-enhanced email marketing platform fully integrated into the Hostinger ecosystem.
All users can start a 1-year Free plan of Reach directly from the landing page.
If you have Reach plan already,you can reach your dashboard via hPanel account, Reach tab, or simply visit reach.hostinger.com.
How to find my current plan details
You can view your current plan and limits directly inside Reach:
Your Plan section can be found under your profile icon in the top right corner of your Reach dashboard.
There you can:
- See your current plan
- Review current monthly limits
- View upgrade options
If you want to check your Reach subscription expiry date, subscription ID, invoices, or other billing details, go to:
hPanel → Account → Billing
This section contains all Hostinger subscriptions linked to your account.
AI credits per plan (monthly)
AI credits reset monthly and are issued based on your Reach plan:
- Reach 500: 10 AI credits / month
- Reach 1000: 20 AI credits / month
- Reach 2500 and higher plans: 30 AI credits / month
All limits reset automatically on the first day of each month.
Bonus: All new users receive 20 AI credits as a one-time welcome gift.
These credits can be used to:
- Generate email templates with AI
- Edit existing templates or add styled AI-generated sections
- Create AI-powered contact segments
Features inside the Free Plan
The Free plan provides essential email marketing tools to help you get started. It includes:
✅ 200 emails per month
This is the total number of emails you can send during a single calendar month.
✅ 100 unique subscribers per month
This limit refers to the number of different email addresses you can reach per month.
If you send emails to 100 different contacts in a month, you’ve reached your limit—even if you delete contacts afterward.
Sending campaigns in batches to different people still counts toward your monthly unique subscriber total.
If you find that you need to reach more than 100 unique contacts in a month, that’s a strong indicator that upgrading to a paid plan would better fit your needs. However, you can send multiple campaigns to the same audience as long as you are under your email limit quota.

Paid Reach plans unlock more capabilities and higher limits. They include:
- Higher limits on emails and subscribers (based on the selected plan)
- Monthly AI credits based on plan tier (10 / 20 / 30 credits)
- Removal of the “Sent from Hostinger Reach” signature
- Manage unlimited AI-powered audience segments
- Create welcome email automations
- Build automated email sequences with delays
- Automated WooCommerce abandoned cart & post-purchase emails
- Automated eCommerce post-purchase emails for Hostinger Website Builder
- Users can store and manage more contacts than their plan allows (sending is limited, not storage)

Limitations
Current Reach plan limitations are:
- Each Hostinger account can have only one Reach subscription at a time — meaning a single plan covers your entire account. We will soon enable purchasing multiple Reach subscriptions to manage multiple newsletters.
- Currently you cannot add collaborators/ access managers to control your Reach account. We are currently working on this to be available for free!
