If you have Reach plan already,you can reach your dashboard via hPanel account, Reach tab, or simply visit reach.hostinger.com.
How to find my current plan details
You can view your current plan and limits directly inside Reach:
Your Plan section can be found under your profile icon in the top right corner of your Reach dashboard.
There you can:
- See your current plan
- Review current monthly limits
- View upgrade options
If you want to check your Reach subscription expiry date, subscription ID, invoices, or other billing details, go to:
hPanel → Account → Billing
This section contains all Hostinger subscriptions linked to your account.
Subscriber and Email Sending Limits per Plan
Each Reach plan includes specific limits for the number of unique recipients you can send emails to, the number of emails you can send and AI credits issued.
Note: All limits are monthly. All limits reset automatically on the first day of each month.
These limits help ensure fair usage and optimal platform performance. Below is a clear breakdown of what each plan includes.
Free Plan (1 Year) – Reach 100
- Unique subscribers: 100
- Emails per month: 200
- AI credits: 0
This plan is ideal for trying out the platform with a small audience.
Reach 500
- Unique subscribers: 500
- Emails to send: 3,500
- AI credits: 10
Suitable for small but growing contact lists.
Reach 1000
- Unique subscribers: 1,000
- Emails to send: 7,000
- AI credits: 20
Designed for growing businesses that need increased sending capacity.
Reach 2,500

Features inside the Free Plan
The Free plan provides essential email marketing tools to help you get started. It includes:

This is the total number of emails you can send during a single calendar month.
✅ 100 unique subscribers per month
This limit refers to the number of different email addresses you can reach per month.
If you send emails to 100 different contacts in a month, you’ve reached your limit—even if you delete contacts afterward.
Sending campaigns in batches to different people still counts toward your monthly unique subscriber total.
If you find that you need to reach more than 100 unique contacts in a month, that’s a strong indicator that upgrading to a paid plan would better fit your needs. However, you can send multiple campaigns to the same audience as long as you are under your email limit quota.
